Spain beat Croatia 5-4 in a penalty shootout to win the Nations League final in Milan on Sunday night.

Spain missed their first two penalties but Croatia also missed two of their spot-kicks and Spain won when Mikel Oyarzabal scored the winning penalty.

Spain had the better of the chances in normal time and extra-time but they could not find a winning goal.
